Roll up speed doors
Manufactured with a self-supporting structure, with top transversal beam made in galvanised folded steel
with reinforcement.
Built with NON-WELDED structure, all components are riveted, which reverts in less deformation during the manufacturing process, and therefore the structure will be less exposed
to corrossion.
The top transversal beam is conceived to allow the PVC curtain to roll-up inside a closed compartiment.
With the sufficient resistance to overcome significant clear width.
The side legs are made of tubular sections, to allow the curtain to scroll up and down and also to allow the insertion of the photobeam safety barrier, and therefore also facilitates
the eventual maintenance and or replacement.
The PVC curtain is made of 950 g/m2 woven material, available in different colours. The PVC curtain is fireproof Class 2. There is the possibility to incorporate vision windows to the PVC curtain, and thereby gain more visibility.
The curtain is also fitted with transversal reinforcement bars, to support a differential windload air pressure up to 200 Pa (Pascal).
The motor-reducer is fitted directly to the shaft (without any shaft adapting device)
The door is fitted with mechanical limit switches, thermic relay, electric brake, emergency release device and manual emergency operation device. There is a parachute system device
incorporated on the motor-reducer gearbox.
Opening speed: 0,92 m/sec (standard version) Also available with encoder and frequency inverter (recommended for large dimension doors)
Control panel, programmable with push-button for opening, closing, stop, and emergency stop functions
The security is taken care of, by means of photobeam safety barrier integrated in each leg/column of the door, to a height og 2500mm.
The barrier allows the monitoring of the manoeuvers, whilst avoiding any possible collision with any
eventual obstacle.
The door is also fitted with an anti-entrapment photocell, integrated in the legs.
All doors come assembled, pre-cabled and wired at the Moreschi factory, which reverts in a very quick installation time

The curtain is equipped with transversal reinforcement tubes, made of composite material (glass fiber + Isoftalic resin), of a diameter and thickness adapted to support class 2 winload pressure.
At each extremity of the composite tubes, there are rubber caps to avoid the friction onto the PVC curtain.
The belt bucles are made of plastic material, of low friction and high resistance, also to avoid eventual cuts of the traction belts during the phase of opening-closing. There are high capacity aluminum clips to hold the belts in the closing procedure.
The curtain is equipped with lifting belts, 50mm wide and 1mm thickness, in high resistance nylon material.
